Cheese Twists
Fine pastry variations from the value chefs. Very quickly made with MOIN's organic puff pastry of your choice.
Preparartion: approx. 20 mins.
Baking time: approx. 15 mins.
Ingredients for 24 twists
1 pck. MOIN organic puff pastry of your choice (e.g. wholemeal, spelt or butter puff pastry)
75 g cheese
Preparation
1. Take MOIN puff pastry out of the freezer, seperate the pastry sheets and let them thaw for approx. 5 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
3. Cut each pastry sheet into four equal strips. Hold the dough strips at both ends and twist them into spirals (as shown below).
4. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, grate the cheese finely and sprinkle it over the puff pastry spirals.
5. Bake the cheese twists for about 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven.
