Vegan Chocolate Delight

Ingredients

1 pack MOIN Organic Spelt Pizza Dough Vegan

3 tbsp chocolate spread (e.g. Brinkers So Vegan Nuss-Nougat)

3-4 different chocolate bars (light and dark)

Preparation
1. Take MOIN organic spelt pizza dough vegan out of the freezer, seperate the dough sheets and let them thaw for approx. 15 minutes. Then roll out the three dough sheets with a rolling pin to make round shapes. Bake at 200°C (fan-assisted) for about 10 minutes.

2. Spread the still warm pizza doughs with a tablespoon of vegan chocolate cream each (e.g. "Brinkers Bio So Vegan Nuss-Nougat").

3. Cut or break a selection of your favourite vegan chocolates into small pieces and sprinkle them over the pizzas as desired. Make sure to take the dark chocolate first and then the light chocolate. We went for the following:

Rapunzel Nirvana Noir (dark), Nirvana Vegan (light), Rapunzel Rice Choco, iChoc White Vanilla und Rapunzel Espresso.

4. Place the pizzas in the warm oven for one minute for the chocolates to melt a little bit.
