Dutch apple turnovers

The combination of apple and cinnamon simply creates moments of pleasure and has already proven its appeal in many places. This is also the case in the Netherlands, the home of our sales manager, Tommy Barbé. He came up with the idea for this recipe, which is really easy to bake. Heerlijk! (Tasty!)

2 tbsp brown raw cane sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp walnuts (optional)

3. Divide the filling between the 6 dough sheets, placing it in the centre of each sheet. Fold each one into a triangle and press down at the edges with a fork. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

4. Brush triangles with water or soy drink and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 15-20 min. on the middle shelf until golden brown.
