The MOIN house bread

Our house bread, the "Volle Lotte", impresses not only with its outward appearance, but especially with its inner qualities. It was born from the idea of a "no waste" bread, made from the otherwise unused edges of the dough from the production of breads and rolls. It matures for a full 20 hours and is baked hot at almost 300 degrees directly on a stone plate. This is how its wonderful crust is created. Our house bread is available in the varieties spelt, wheat wholemeal and wheat with potato - all of them, as everything else from MOIN, from best organic ingredients and without technical enzymes.


At our factory shop, we will gladly cut off just the perfect piece for you. One kilo costs 5,00 €.

Our super tasty, 6 kilo heavy house bread looks hearty, but is a wonderfully soft, large-pored white bread that is particularly good when toasted. But also lightly roasted in a bread salad, our "Volle Lotte" can get your taste buds going big time:
