Let the mushroom season begin...
Noble wholemeal pastry pockets with king oyster mushrooms
Preparartion time: approx. 45 mins.
Ingredients for 6 pockets
1 pck. MOIN organic wholemeal puff pastry vegan
3-4 potatoes
handful of king oyster mushrooms
1 onion
1/4 red capsicum
1-2 sprigs of rosemary
olive oil
pepper & rock salt
Preparartion
1. Cook the potatoes first, then peel them.
2. Take MOIN organic wholemeal puff pastry vegan out of the freezer, seperate the dough sheets and let them thaw for approx. 5 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
4. In the meantime, dice the potatoes, mushrooms, capsicum and onion and fry in a pan with some oil. Season with pepper, rock salt and rosemary.
5. Lightly moisten the puff pastry with water, place some of the filling in the middle of the puff pastry and fold into pockets (as is shown in the picture).
6. Finally, brush the puff pastry with a little olive oil and bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
