Our Crusty Sunday Rolls come in first place in a STIFTUNG WARENTEST survey* - without technical enzymes!

HURRAY!!! We are very happy to let you know that our organic Crusty Sunday Rolls have been awarded the best overall score of 1.6 (GOOD) in the STIFTUNG WARENTEST test of frozen wheat rolls. They received a proud 1.0 in both the sensory and microbiological tests. For us, this is a further confirmation of our work followed by the good results in the sensory test last year.

For the creation of our quality, we not only need a lot of know-how in terms of raw materials and production processes, but above all the attentive attitude of our employees. That's why this award goes primarily to them. Thank you all, we are proud of you!

We are also proud because our Crusty Sunday Rolls are, of course, made completely without the use of technical enzymes. These enzymes can be used to control the production processes and make them much easier, but we find them rather questionable (you can find more on the subject here).

Unfortunately, the use of technical enzymes is not yet included in the test rating and does not have to be declared on consumer packaging either. But we are working on changing this so that customers can make well-informed purchasing decisions in the future. At MOIN, you can be sure: It only contains what it says it does.

And that is a real treat!

Unfortunately, we only just missed out on a VERY GOOD - the highest rating from Stiftung Warentest. Our baking instructions were rated 3.1. We definitely want to improve on this and are currently running new tests. Perhaps you would like to help us?
