Spicy Tex-Mex Flutes Mini
A recipe idea for the barbecue season. Enjoy the summer!
Preparartion time: approx. 30 mins.
Ingredients for 5 La Flutes
1 pck. MOIN organic spelt La Flute Mini
300 g green beans (washed)
1-2 onions (peeled and quartered)
1-2 red capsicum (cored and cut into easily skewered pieces)
20 differntly coloured cherry tomatoes
3 tbsp kidney beans (precooked)
1 tbsp tomato puree
5 tbsp vegan alternative to mayonnaise
50 g vegan alternative to cheese
fresh chillies (according to taste)
Tex-Mex barbeque sauce to taste
some olive oil

Preparation
1. Remove the MOIN organic spelt La Flute Mini from the packaging and leave to thaw. Go start the grill!
2. Cook the green beans in salted water for 3-5 minutes. Turn heat to low and add kidney beans and tomato puree. Season as desired with fresh chillies.
3. Put quartered onions and capsicum as well as cherry tomatoes on a skewer, brush with a little olive oil and grill until the vegetables are nicely roasted.
4. Place the thawed and lengthwise sliced La Flute Mini on the grill and turn over several times until evenly roasted.
5. Arrange the La Flute Mini on plates. Spread the vegan mayonnaise alternative on the inside of the underside, then add the vegetables from the pan and the grilled vegetables from the skewer.
6. Cover or sprinkle with vegan cheese alternative and season with Tex-Mex sauce.
