Tofu Flammkuchen

The Alsatian classic in vegan

Terrific Tofu Tarte Flambée

The particularly protein- and iron-rich "bean curd" is a true master of transformation in the kitchen. It has long been a staple in Asian cuisine. This is certainly also due to its versatility. In this case, for example, refined with a few spices such as smoked salt, nutmeg, pepper and paprika-powder, it is an excellent alternative to bacon, the classic Alsatian-style tarte flambée topping.

A hearty treat even for non-vegans!
