MOIN Dinkel Blätterteig vegan

Ingredients for 8 hearts

1 Pck. MOIN Dinkel Blätterteig Vegan

8 tsp jam of your choice

50 g dark chocolate

sugar hearts to finish

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan-assisted).

2. Remove the puff pastry from the fridge and unroll. Cut out 16 hearts with a heart-shaped cookie cutter (approx. 7.5 cm Ø).

3. Spread a level teaspoon of jam on 8 hearts, leaving some space around the edges.

4. Place one heart without jam on top of one with jam and seal the edge using a cake fork. Repeat this with the remaining hearts.

5. Transfer the puff pastry hearts to the hot oven and bake for approx. 15 minutes.

6. Melt the dark chocolate in a small saucepan over a medium heat, then fill into a piping bag and decorate the hearts with the chocolate.

7. Finally, sprinkle with sugar hearts and serve with a smile - or even a kiss. ;-)
