BioFach 2023

Good food brings people together!

From 14 to 17 February 2023 we were at the world's leading trade fair for organic food in Nuremberg where we presented our range novelties: 

our juicy Vegan Spelt Apple Cinnamon Pastry, our invigorating Vitality Swabian Soul, our aromatic Spelt Sunflower Seed Bread and our hearty Vitality Bread.

Real highlights were also our Organic Vegan Croissants and Organic Butter Croissants, which are now available in a practical 5-pack - ready to be baked freshly at your own little home boulangerie.

For the first time, we also presented our new gluten-free product range, which we have developed in cooperation with our Finnish baker friends from Moilas.

In addition to our many baked goodies, we also celebrated the premiere of a new trade fair stand.

Smart and sustainable: the tables are transport boxes at the same time. The entire stand requires only 2.6 m³ of transport space, is reusable and produces no waste.

Messestand 2023

Even in uncertain times, we look to the future with confidence. We do this for good reasons - three of which are Vicky Leskien, Julianna Müller and Jule Prothmann. Our competent colleagues have already taken over the company management in March 2021. They will join the general management in spring 2023.

We not only share a passion for good food and a commitment to a sustainable economy, but also a desire to keep breaking new ground. That's why we are delighted that the three of them will be helping to shape MOIN's future path.
